SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
This policy applies whenever Nova Rise offers a product as a recurring subscription. The price, delivery frequency, minimum commitment if any, and renewal terms are shown before checkout.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. The payment method on file will be charged for each renewal, including applicable taxes and shipping shown at checkout.
MANAGING A SUBSCRIPTION
You may update eligible subscription details, skip an upcoming order, or cancel before the next renewal through your customer account when available. You can also request help through our Contact page.
CANCELLATION TIMING
Cancellation requests must be received before the next renewal is processed. Orders already processed or shipped may not be cancellable and are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
PRICE OR PRODUCT CHANGES
If a subscription price or material term changes, we will provide notice as required before the change takes effect. If a subscribed item becomes unavailable, we may delay, replace with your approval, or cancel that shipment.
