We want you to feel confident trying Nova Rise. You may request a refund within 60 days after receiving your order.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our Contact page within the 60-day period and include your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us.

Eligibility

To process your request, we may ask for proof of purchase, photos, and/or the remaining product and original packaging. The guarantee applies to purchases made directly from Nova Rise and does not cover misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you when your request has been reviewed. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

European Union cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel or return it. This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
