Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after shipment within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or an incorrect address.

Shipping charges and tracking
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. When tracking is available, it will be sent after the order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Addresses, delays, and missing packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment. If an order is damaged, marked delivered but missing, or has not arrived after the estimated window, please use our Contact Us page. We will review the shipment and assist with the carrier. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
